- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office and exam rooms are dirty and outdated. Dr. Ross was rude and misdiagnosed my sinus infection. Two days later I had to go to Urgent Care for antibiotics. I was out of town and forgot my medication. I called the office to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy near where I was staying for 2 weeks and Dr. Ross failed to call it in for me. Again, another trip to Urgent Care due to his lack of professionalism. Very disappointed.February 18, 2017by Dianna Hawley
